You Have Questions
Medicare.gov
Won’t Answer.
Whether you’re turning 65, leaving employer coverage, or reviewing a plan that’s gotten too expensive, you deserve a real conversation with someone who does this every day. Meet with a Certified Medicare Planner® in person at our offices in Scottsdale or Las Vegas. Not local? We meet by Zoom so we can show you everything on screen. We don’t do phone appointments because there’s too much to show you for a phone call to do it justice.
A Real Conversation About Your Options
We structure every meeting around your needs, not ours. Here’s exactly what happens.
Before the Meeting
We’ll email you a short prep checklist. Takes 5 minutes.
- Your current coverage details (if any)
- Your Medicare card or enrollment dates
- A list of your current medications
- What you’d like to accomplish
During the Meeting
About an hour with a Certified Medicare Planner®. Every meeting starts the same way:
- “What would you like to accomplish today?” We start every single meeting with this question. Your goals drive the conversation.
- We pull up every plan available in your ZIP code and walk through how each one works, side by side, on screen
- We load in your doctors and medications so you can see exactly what’s covered and what it costs under each plan
- Then we shop together. You see the same comparison screen we see. Nothing hidden. You pick what makes the most sense for your life.
After the Meeting
You’ll receive a written summary of everything we covered. Then it’s your move.
- Email recap of your options and what we discussed
- Your advisor’s direct contact if you have follow-up questions
- If you chose a plan, we handle all the paperwork
- If you need time, no pressure. We’re here when you’re ready.
Schedule Your
Meeting
Meet in person at one of our offices, or by Zoom if you’re not local. You’ll be matched with a licensed Certified Medicare Planner® who specializes in your situation.
- In-office (Scottsdale, Las Vegas) or Zoom
- About an hour. We don’t rush.
- No cost. Carriers pay us, not you
- Your decision, your timeline. We’ll be here when you’re ready.
- Written summary emailed after

Before You Schedule
No. No. It’s an education and options review. We’ll explain what’s available to you based on your situation. If you want to enroll in something at the end, great. But many people use the meeting just to learn, and that’s perfectly fine with us.
Insurance carriers pay us a flat fee when you enroll through us. Our advisors earn the same regardless of which plan you choose, so there’s never a hidden incentive. If you don’t enroll, we earn nothing, and that’s fine.
You don’t need to be ready. Many people meet with us months before a decision is needed. We’d rather you learn early than scramble later. Your advisor will give you a clear timeline and be available when you’re ready.
Never. David Schaeffer built this company on education-first principles since 2001. If our advisors pressured people, we wouldn’t have 4.9 stars across 161+ Google reviews. We earn trust, we don’t manufacture it.
Absolutely, and it’s more common than you’d think. Select “I’m helping a parent or loved one” on the form, and we’ll structure the meeting around what they need. You can be on the video together, or we can talk to you first and then connect with them.
