123EasyMedicare.com is operated by American Retirement Advisors, LLC (“ARA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). 123EasyMedicare is the Medicare education brand of American Retirement Advisors: our workshops and content are educational, and the advisors who serve you are licensed insurance professionals with American Retirement Advisors. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, register for one of our events, or use our services.

Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

• Contact and advisor requests: name, email address, phone number, and ZIP code when you submit a form, plus your Medicare journey stage, meeting preferences, and anything you write in a message field
• Workshop and event registrations: name, email address, phone number, and the session you choose
• Text messaging: if you opt in, the mobile number you provide
• Website usage data: collected by the analytics and advertising tools described below

How We Use Your Information

• To respond to your requests and connect you with a licensed advisor
• To deliver what you asked for: registration confirmations, event reminders by email and text, workshop recordings and replays, and related educational materials
• To improve our website and services
• To comply with legal obligations

We use your information only for the purpose you gave it to us. Our workshops are educational events where nothing is sold, and we do not use your registration to sell you anything.

Information Sharing

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our team for their own marketing. We share it only with:

• The licensed advisors and team members within American Retirement Advisors who assist you
• Service providers who help us operate, and who may use your information only to provide services to us: website hosting (GoDaddy), Google Workspace and Google Sheets (email, registration, and lead management), Google and Meta (analytics and advertising measurement, described below), and Heymarket (text message delivery)
• Law enforcement or regulatory agencies when required by law, subpoena, or to protect our legal rights

Where Your Information Is Stored

Form and registration submissions are transmitted securely (HTTPS) and stored in our access-controlled Google Workspace environment, including Google Sheets and Gmail, under our business agreements with Google. Access is limited to the American Retirement Advisors team members who need it to serve you. This website itself does not keep a copy of your form submissions.

Data Security and Retention

We use reasonable technical and organizational safeguards to protect your personal information, and we keep it only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by insurance and financial-services record-keeping rules.

Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising

Our pages use the following tools, which set cookies or use similar technologies:

• Google Analytics (GA4): how visitors use the site (pages viewed, device type, approximate location). Google offers an opt-out at tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout
• Google Ads conversion tag: measures whether our advertising works, for example counting workshop registrations that came from an ad
• Meta (Facebook) pixel: measures our advertising and lets us show relevant messages to people who have visited our site
• Campaign tags (UTM parameters): when you arrive from one of our links, we may record which campaign brought you here

These tools receive website usage data, not the contents of the forms you submit. You can control cookies in your browser settings. Some pages may embed videos from YouTube, which can set its own cookies when you play content.

Your Rights

Unsubscribe from marketing email at any time using the link in any message, and opt out of texts by replying STOP. You may ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we must keep by law or regulation) by contacting us at (602) 281-3898 or through our Talk to an Advisor page.

Text Messaging (SMS)

If you opt in to text messages, for example by providing your mobile number when you register for a workshop, we may send registration confirmations, event reminders, appointment reminders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply, and message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for help. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of purchasing any product or service. We never share your mobile number with third parties for their own marketing.

Children

Our services are directed to adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The most current version will always be available on this page with the “Last Updated” date noted above.
